FACULTY MEMBER DARA RAUL SHOUT OUT SHARED THAT WHAT STANDS OUT MOST ABOUT MICHAEL IS HIS DEEP, AUTHENTIC COMMITMENT TO STUDENTS. AND THIS SURVEY IS DESIGNED TO TRY TO GAUGE HOW WE'RE DOING IN OUR CAMPUS ENVIRONMENT AND WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER TO OUR EMPLOYEES. AND IT'S CONNECTED TO THE STUDENT FIRST FRAMEWORK WITH OUR FOUR LEVERS. THAT IS INSTITUTIONAL HEALTH. SO IN THE CLIMATE SURVEY RESULT METHODOLOGY, IT WAS A SURVEY THAT WAS DEVELOPED BY THE DOC COMMITTEE, DISTRICT EQUAL EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE IN IN COMBINATION WITH THE TEAM OF INSTITUTIONAL PLANNING AND RESEARCH THE QUESTIONS WERE DEVELOPED, VETTED BY THE GROUP AND ADDRESS DIFFERENT AREAS OF CAMPUS CLIMATE, CULTURE AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. SO THE SURVEY WAS DEVELOPED INTERNALLY AND ONCE UPLOADED TO QUALTRICS. YES, WE TOOK ALL THE DATA DOWN AND THEN IT WAS PROCESSED FOR DISTRIBUTION. YES. ON THE DEMOGRAPHICS RIGHT HERE, AS YOU CAN SEE THERE, EVEN IN THE YEARS OF SERVICE AND IN THE EMPLOYEE TYPE BREAKDOWN. SO ROUGHLY 25% EVEN ACROSS THE BOARD ON YEARS OF SERVICE, BETWEEN 0 TO 5 YEARS 6 TO 10, 11 TO 20 AND 20 PLUS YEARS. WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE EMPLOYEE BREAKDOWN WE HAVE PARTICIPATION OF ALL EMPLOYEE GROUPS OBVIOUSLY FACULTY AND CLASSIFIED CONFIDENTIAL IS THE LARGER GROUP BECAUSE THOSE ARE THE THE LARGER EMPLOYEE GROUPS. SO WE HAVE ON CAMPUS. BUT WHEN YOU DO THE RATIOS, IT'S A PRETTY EVEN PARTICIPATION ACROSS THE BOARD, WHICH GIVES US A LOT OF GOOD INFORMATION TO MAKE TO ASSUME THAT THIS IS A REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE. WE HAVE 314 PARTICIPANTS IN THE SURVEY. PRETTY HIGH NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS. CONSIDER THE SERVICE USUALLY HAVE A MUCH LOWER PARTICIPATION RATE. SO WE'RE VERY THANKFUL TO THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY FOR THE PARTICIPATION OF THIS SURVEY. THE RESULTS ARE INCREDIBLY POSITIVE. THE, THE ONE OF THE RESULTS THAT I'M MOST PROUD OF IS THE 78% OF CERRITOS COLLEGE EMPLOYEES FEEL THAT THEY'RE PROUD TO BE IN A CERRITOS COLLEGE EMPLOYEE. THEY'RE PROUD TO BE HERE. THEY'RE PROUD OF THE WORK WE DO, AND THEY FEEL CONNECTED. 80% OF OUR EMPLOYEES FEEL DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION ARE ACTIVELY PROMOTED WITHIN OUR CAMPUS. THEY FEEL CONNECTED TO THAT WORK AND THEY FEEL THAT THE CAMPUS IS RESPONSIVE. WE HAVE DONE QUITE A BIT OF WORK OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS TO MAKE IT NOT AN INITIATIVE, BUT PART OF OUR CAMPUS CULTURE AND EMBEDDED IN EVERYTHING THAT WE DO. [01:00:08] 76% SAY THEY HAVE RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL INTERACTIONS WITH THEIR PEERS. ALTHOUGH I DON'T BELIEVE THAT THAT HAS BEEN A LOW NUMBER IN THE PAST. I FEEL VERY POSITIVE ABOUT THIS NUMBER BECAUSE A FEW YEARS BACK, WE BEGAN A CAMPAIGN ON CAMPUS AND A PROGRAM THAT IS BASED ON SERVICE EXCELLENCE, MEANING THAT WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE TREAT OUR STUDENTS WELL AND THAT WE TREAT EACH OTHER LIKE WE WOULD EXPECT SOMEONE ELSE TO TREAT THE STUDENTS. SO WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE RESPECTFUL. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE YES, DISAGREE, BUT DISAGREE ON A POINT NOT AT A PERSONAL LEVEL, THAT WE ANSWER EMAILS, THAT WE ANSWER PHONE CALLS. AND IT'S A IT'S A HIGH NUMBER. NEARLY FOUR THREE OUT OF FOUR EMPLOYEES SAID THAT THEIR WORK EXPECTATIONS ARE CLEARLY COMMUNICATED. AND THAT IS ALSO POSITIVE BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TUNE THE WORK THAT WE DO. IT SEEMS THAT THE ALIGNMENT BETWEEN WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND OUR GOALS CONTINUE TO TO GROW THE WORKLOAD AND SUPPORT 77% OF OUR EMPLOYEES. AGAIN, PRETTY HIGH NUMBER. UNDERSTAND WORK EXPECTATIONS. WHAT IS EXPECTED OF EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US. THEY FEEL THEY HAVE THE RESOURCES NEEDED AND NEWER EMPLOYEES FEEL THAT THEY ARE VERY WELL SUPPORTED AND ONBOARDED WHEN THEY COME IN. NOW, A NUMBER THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A LOOK, ALTHOUGH IT'S NOT NECESSARILY A HIGH NUMBER, IS THE 25% OF OUR EMPLOYEES ARE REPORTED CHALLENGES MANAGING WORKLOADS. SO WE WANT TO DIG A LITTLE BIT MORE INTO THAT TO DETERMINE HOW CAN WE BE BETTER, HOW CAN WE PACE OUR INITIATIVES BETTER? NOW, WHEN YOU LOOK AT 25% OF EMPLOYEES, THAT BASICALLY MEANS 75% ARE SATISFIED WITH THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE WORKLOAD, BUT THAT DOESN'T SILENCE THE NEED OF THE 25. THAT'S WHY THE NUMBER IS WRITTEN IN THAT WAY. PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT. 73% ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN LEARNING AND TRAINING, AND THIS IS SOMETHING WE CONTINUE TO PROMOTE. AND WE DO THAT THROUGH DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES ACROSS THE BOARD. AND I WILL SHOW YOU THE ONE THAT PEOPLE LIKE THE MOST ON CAMPUS. 69% FEEL SUPPORTED IN THE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH. AND WHEN WE START BREAKING IT DOWN BY EMPLOYEE GROUP, WE SAW SOME NUMBERS A LITTLE HIGHER, SOME NUMBERS A LITTLE LOWER. AND AS PART OF OUR IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR THE FUTURE, WE WANT TO ADDRESS THE EMPLOYEE GROUPS THAT DON'T REPORT THE SAME NUMBER, THE SAME RATE OF SATISFACTION WITH THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, WITH THE TRAINING AND WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER ON CAMPUS, BUT OVERALL THE RESPONSES ARE VERY POSITIVE. DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION AND ACCESSIBILITY IS SOMETHING THAT WE VALUE. AND AS I SAID EARLIER, WE HAVE BEEN WORKING OVER THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS TO ENSURE THAT THIS IS NOT AN INITIATIVE ON CAMPUS, BUT IS PART OF OUR CULTURE AND WHAT WE DO. 79% AGREE THE CERRITOS COLLEGE PROMOTES DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION AND ACCESSIBILITY VALUES. 70 PLUS PERCENT REPORTED THE TRAININGS OFFERED BY THE CTA ARE THE ONES THAT THEY LIKE MOST. SO WE HAVE A LARGE NUMBER OF TRAININGS THAT COME FROM DIFFERENT AREAS. BUT WHAT THE CTA HAS IN COMMON IS THE USE OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS TO DEVELOP THE TRAINING. SO WE HAVE PEOPLE ON CAMPUS THAT ARE EXPERTS IN DIFFERENT FIELDS, AND THEY VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME TO DO TO DO THESE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES. AND IT SEEMS THAT THE CAMPUS COMMUNITY PLAYS A LOT OF VALUE ON THESE INITIATIVES WHEN THEY ARE DEVELOPED AND DELIVERED BY THEIR PEERS. SO WE WANT TO STRENGTHEN THAT AS WE MOVE FORWARD. THERE WAS NOT QUITE AS HIGH OF A RESULT FOR FALCON DE FALCON. DE WAS SOMETHING THAT WE DEVELOPED A FEW YEARS AGO BASED ON THE, AN INITIATIVE THAT CAME FROM A GROUP OF OUR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES AND EVENTUALLY GREW INTO ONE DAY, A FULL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. BUT IT SEEMS THAT WE NEED TO PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE ATTENTION ON THE WORKSHOPS AND THE TYPE OF SCHEDULING THAT WE PUT TOGETHER WHEN WE DO FALCON DAY, ALTHOUGH THE MARKS ARE NOT SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN THE MARKS OF THE CTE, I THINK WE CAN ENSURE THAT BY DEVELOPING PROPER CLASSES, INCLUDING A LITTLE BIT MORE OF OUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS DURING FALCON DAY, THE SCORES GO UP, PART TIME FACULTY AND NEW HIRES SEEM TO SHOW INCREDIBLY HIGH AS IT RELATES TO SUPPORT. SO OUR DEPARTMENTS HAVE DEVELOPED STRUCTURES IN WHICH OUR NEW FACULTY, PART TIME FACULTY FEEL WELCOMED, [01:05:07] SUPPORTED AND CONNECTED TO THE DEPARTMENT PRETTY QUICKLY. COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP 72% UNDERSTAND THEIR ROLE IN SUPPORTING THE STUDENT FIRST FRAMEWORK. 64% SAY LEADERSHIP COMMUNICATES CLEARLY AND 58% WANT MORE OPPORTUNITIES TO SHARE FEEDBACK. ONE ONCE AGAIN, AN AREA THAT WE CAN DO BETTER. NOW WE FOUND TWO DIFFERENT PIECES. THE ONE WE START CHECKING IT WITH THE LITERATURE. IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN TRADITIONALLY IN THE WORKPLACE. AND THAT IS THE POINT OF MID-CAREER EMPLOYEES AT AN INSTITUTION. SO WHEN WE LOOK AT WHEN EMPLOYEES FEEL MORE CONNECTED, THEY FEEL MORE CONNECTED WHEN THEY'RE NEW. BETWEEN 0 TO 7 YEARS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. IN BETWEEN, THEY FEEL THEY ARE LESS CONNECTED. ONCE THEY GET PAST THE 1215 YEAR MARK, THEY PRY FOR THE COLLEGE AND THE CONNECTIVITY TO THE CAMPUS START INCREASING WAY HIGHER THAN ANYONE IN THE MIDDLE. AND THAT IS CALLED THE MID-CAREER SLUMP. AND IN THE LITERATURE. SO WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE DEVELOP INITIATIVES IN WHICH WE CAN CONTINUE TO STAY CONNECTED WITH EMPLOYEES THAT ARE PLANNING TO BE HERE, OBVIOUSLY LONG TERM, BECAUSE MANY OF US, ONCE WE PASS THAT MARK, WE BECOME MORE AND MORE CONNECTED TO THE CAMPUS AND HOW WE MAKE THEIR PARTICIPATION AND COLLABORATION ON CAMPUS ACTIVITIES MORE MEANINGFUL WORKPLACE CULTURE AND BELONGING. ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS A GREAT HIGH MARK FOR US. 76% OF OUR EMPLOYEES FEEL RESPECTED AS PART OF OUR COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT. THEY FEEL INCLUDED. THEY FEEL OKAY WITH THE WORK THAT WE COLLECTIVELY DO. CLASSIFIED AS STAFF AND NEW EMPLOYEES HAS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SATISFACTION. THE, THE WE CAN DO A LITTLE BETTER AND ENSURE THE, THE WORK IS HIGHLIGHTED AND RECOGNIZED AND NOT IN THE WAY THAT WE THINK IT NEEDS TO BE HIGHLIGHTED OR RECOGNIZED, BUT IN A, IN A WAY THAT IS MEANINGFUL FOR THEM. OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH. SO WE HAVE ENHANCED PROMOTE, INCREASE AND ENSURE THOSE ARE AREAS THAT WE WANT TO MAKE SURE WE BRING TO THE FOREFRONT AS WE DEVELOP ACTIVITIES FOR NEXT YEAR. SO WE WANT TO ENHANCE TWO WAY COMMUNICATION CAMPUS WIDE. WE HAVE ENSURED THAT OUR COMMUNICATION HAPPENS IT'S RELATIVELY FREQUENTLY AROUND CAMPUS. THE DEPARTMENTS. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THERE IS A WAY TO PRODUCE FEEDBACK BASED ON THE COMMUNICATION THAT IS DELIVERED, PROMOTE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, MAKING SURE THAT THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ARE NOT JUST WHAT IS REQUIRED, BUT IS ALSO MEANINGFUL FOR THE CAREER ASPIRATIONS OF EACH EMPLOYEE GROUP. INCREASE THE VISIBILITY AND CONSISTENCY OF DEI IMPLEMENTATION. SO SOME OF THE TAKEAWAYS ON HERE IS GOOD NEWS FOR A CURRENT YEAR BUDGET THAT WE'RE PROJECTING AN INCREASE IN OVERALL REVENUE OF ROUGHLY ABOUT $1.1 MILLION, AND THAT'S PRIMARILY DUE TO OUR DUAL ENROLLMENT. WE HAVE ACTUALLY HAD A HUGE INFLUX IN DUAL ENROLLMENT ON THAT AND WHY THAT'S EVEN MORE IMPORTANT BECAUSE DUAL ENROLLMENT IS FUNDED AT A HIGHER LEVEL THAN TRADITIONAL CREDIT FTES. THIS FISCAL YEAR ENDS, THE TOTAL THE COVID BLOCK GRANT AND HER FUNDING ACTUALLY TURNED OUT A YEAR AGO, BUT WE STILL HAD SOME OF THE REMAINING COVID BLOCK GRANT DOLLARS THAT WE GOT FROM THE STATE THAT WILL END JUNE 30TH, SO WE CAN NO LONGER RELY ON THOSE ADDITIONAL BLOCK GRANT DOLLARS MOVING FORWARD. BUT AGAIN, ALL IN ALL, WE'RE ACTUALLY THIS YEAR'S BUDGET IS A LITTLE BIT BETTER THAN WHAT WE ANTICIPATED EARLY ON. SO THAT MOVES US TO THE GOVERNOR'S RELEASE OF THE MAY REVISE LAST WEDNESDAY. EVEN THOUGH IT'S WE'RE SHOWING AS GOOD NEWS THE MAY REVISE NOW ESTIMATES ROUGHLY A $12 BILLION BUDGET GAP. THAT'S DOWN FROM 30 BILLION. SO SO GOOD NEWS THAT WE'RE GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. BAD NEWS THAT WE STILL HAVE A PRETTY SIGNIFICANT BUDGET DEFICIT IN THE STATE. AND WE ANTICIPATE THAT THIS WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF YEARS. WE PROBABLY SAID THIS ECHOED THE SAME CONVERSATION LAST YEAR, THAT NEXT YEAR IS PROBABLY LIKELY GOING TO GET WORSE. WE SAID THAT LAST YEAR, AND WE'RE IN THIS YEAR, WHICH BASICALLY WAS LOOKING TO BE A WORSE BUDGET THAN IT WAS LAST YEAR. ALL ALL THAT, YOU KNOW, WE'RE SEEING THE ECONOMY SLOW. AND WE'RE ALSO SEEING PERSONAL INCOME TAX REVENUES ARE DOWN. AND SO WHICH ALL IS PLAYING A ROLE INTO THIS BUDGET DEFICIT? THE MAY REVISE DOES ADDRESS SOME OF THE SHORTFALLS THROUGH A COMBINATION OF A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT THINGS. AND SOME OF THESE WILL GO INTO MORE DETAIL ON, ON THE SLIDES. BUT IMPLEMENTING SPENDING REDUCTIONS AND IN SOME CASES JUST ELIMINATING PROGRAMS ALTOGETHER. PAYMENT DEFERRALS. AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, AND THE USE OF EMERGENCY RESERVES. SO THE RAINY RAINY DAY FUND, BASICALLY DEPLETING THE RAINY DAY FUND AS OF, OF THIS BUDGET PERIOD, WHICH IS CONCERNING MOVING FORWARD, BECAUSE WITHOUT THAT RAINY DAY FUND FOR EMERGENCIES, YOU KNOW, AND SO THE GOVERNOR'S KIND OF GOT ALL IN ON THE RAINY DAY FUND ON THAT. SO NOW THE NEW ESTIMATE IS ROUGHLY 114.6 BILLION. THAT IS LOWER, OR ROUGHLY ABOUT 1.2 BILLION FROM THE JANUARY BUDGET PROPOSAL. SOME CHANGES THAT ARE IMPACTING COMMUNITY COLLEGES. THIS FIRST ONE IS A PROPOSED CHANGE IN THE PROP 98 SPLIT. I'M TRYING TO MAKE THIS AS IS. IT'S SOMEWHAT COMPLICATED, BUT SOMEWHAT STRAIGHTFORWARD. BUT BASICALLY ALL IN ALL, IT HAS TO DO WITH TC. SO TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN EXPANSION IN THE FUNDS ON THAT TRADITIONALLY COMMUNITY COLLEGES ACTUALLY GOT A PIECE OF THAT, THAT REVENUE. NOW, WHAT WHAT THE PROPOSED SPLIT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IS ALL THAT MONEY IS GOING TO GO THEY'RE INCREASING TC OR K-12 ALLOTMENT IS INCREASING TO COMPENSATE FOR THAT TC EXPANSION, WHICH OBVIOUSLY CORRESPONDS, THERE'S GOING TO BE A DECREASE ON OUR SIDE. SO THAT EQUATES TO ROUGHLY ABOUT $492 MILLION ON THAT. TYPICALLY THE PROP 98 SPLIT IS ROUGHLY 10.93% 3% FOR COMMUNITY COLLEGES WITH THE REDUCTION AND PULL BACK OF THIS MONEY. OUR ACTUAL SPLIT GOES FROM NINE POINT OR 10.9 TO ROUGHLY ABOUT 10.5%. AND SO SO THAT'S CONCERNING MOVING FORWARD IF THIS CHANGE IS GOING TO REMAIN. ANOTHER HIGHLIGHTED IS THE HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION GOES INTO EFFECT THIS COMING NEW BUDGET PERIOD. SO WHAT WE'RE FUNDED THIS CURRENT YEAR WILL WILL ESTABLISH OUR NEW HOLD HARMLESS OR WHAT THEY CALL THE NEW FLOOR ON THAT. AND SO FOR EXAMPLE, WHAT WE REPORTED AT P1, IF THAT STAYS TRUE, OUR FLOOR WOULD BE $147.5 MILLION. WHAT DOES THAT ACTUALLY MEAN? WELL, THAT'S ROUGHLY A $26 MILLION INCREASE TO OUR CURRENT HOLD. HARMLESS AS OF TODAY. SO ACTUALLY, IT'S THIS CHANGE ACTUALLY HELPS US, ACTUALLY PROTECTS US MOVING FORWARD IN CASE IF THERE WAS A FALL IN FUNDING OR A DRAMATIC CHANGE IN FTES WERE PROTECTED. SO THIS AMOUNT WOULD BE OUR NEW MINIMUM GUARANTEE MOVING FORWARD. AND SO AND SO WE COULD NOT GO BELOW THIS AMOUNT. SO HERE THE GOVERNOR IS BACKFILLING AND ENSURING FULLY FUNDING THE FORMULA, WHICH IS SOMETHING THAT WE WANT TO SEE ON THAT IN THE BUDGET, ALSO INCLUDES FULLY FUNDING NEXT YEAR'S FORMULA AS WELL BY ADDING ANOTHER 104.7 4.7 MILLION. DOES INCLUDE GROWTH. SO THERE IS SOME OPPORTUNITIES FOR US TO GAIN SOME ADDITIONAL MONEY BY TAPPING INTO THE GROWTH FUNDS. AND THERE'S A COLA COLA OF 2.3% ACROSS THE STUDENT CENTERED FUNDING FORMULA AND TO SELECTED CATEGORICAL PROGRAMS, THE THERE'S ROUGHLY ABOUT A HANDFUL OF PROGRAMS THAT THAT GET THE COLA ADJUSTMENT. AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, HERE'S SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT THE STATE IS USING, THE KIND OF BACKFILL SOME OF THAT BUDGET DEFICIT AT THE STATE LEVEL. AND SO WE ARE GOING TO BE FACED WITH A DEFERRAL THIS YEAR. SO DEFERRING OUR JUNE PAYMENT TO JULY. AND SO SO THAT'S SOMETHING THAT WE'LL CONTINUE TO MONITOR. AND AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, DRAWING DOWN ADDITIONAL $59 $9 MILLION. THIS IS THE RAINY DAY FUND AND TAPPING IN, BASICALLY DEPLETING THE FUND. AFTER THE 25, 26 YEAR. SO HERE'S SOME, SOME SIGNIFICANT SCALE BACKS AND CUTS THAT THAT WAS PROPOSED IN THE MAY REVISE. ONE OF THE BIGGEST ONES IS, I DON'T KNOW IF YOU HEARD, BUT THE STATE WAS REALLY PUSHING A COMMON ERP ON THAT AND WAS REALLY ALL IN AND HAD SET ASIDE ORIGINALLY $168 MILLION TO FUND THIS PROJECT, WHICH HAS NOW BEEN COMPLETELY ELIMINATED. AND SO WHICH IS PROBABLY A PRETTY BIG DAGGER ON THAT, BECAUSE THERE WAS A LOT OF PUSH FOR THE THIS ERP THE COMMON CLOUD PLATFORM THAT'S A COMMON CLOUD DATA SOLUTION TO, TO GET FOLKS TO SUBMIT DATA IN A, IN A COMMON WAY THAT HAS BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY SCALED BACK FROM 162.5 MILLION TO NOW $12 MILLION REMAINING ON THAT AND THEN SOME OTHER NOTABLE PROGRAMS. AND SO I WAS ABLE TO ATTEND THE EARLY COLLEGE FIRST GRADUATING CLASS. IT WAS AMAZING TO SEE OUR EDUCATIONAL PARTNERS, OUR STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE STUDENT CENTER WAS PACKED. AND SO IT WAS JUST A WONDERFUL EVENT WHERE WE WERE ABLE TO RECOGNIZE THOSE STUDENTS WHO ACTUALLY HAD CHALLENGING BEGINNINGS BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY STARTED DURING COVID.
