[00:00:11]
WELCOME TO OUR REGULAR BOARD MEETING.
I'D LIKE TO CALL OPEN SESSION TO ORDER.
CAN I GET A ROLL CALL, PLEASE? BOARD PRESIDENT SANDRA SALAZAR.
HERE. BOARD VICE PRESIDENT MARIANA PACHECO.
PRESENT. TRUSTEE. ZURICH LEWIS PRESENT.
STUDENT TRUSTEE KATHIE LEE HERE.
AND PRESIDENT. SUPERINTENDENT PIERRO HERE.
[1.02 Pledge of Allegiance]
1.02 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.IF I COULD ASK TRUSTEE PEREZ TO LEAD US IN THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, PLEASE.
NEXT ITEM 1.03 AGENDA ORGANIZATION.
[1.03 Agenda Organization]
WOULD ANYONE LIKE TO MOVE ANY ITEMS? OKAY. HEARING NONE 1.04 COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE.[1.04 Comments from the Audience]
DO WE HAVE ANY COMMENTS? OKAY. HEARING NONE 1.05 REPORTS AND COMMENTS FROM CONSTITUENT GROUPS.[1.05 Reports and Comments from Constituent Groups]
WE'LL START WITH DOCTOR WANG.GOOD EVENING, BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
AND FOR ALL OUR GUEST PRESENT TONIGHT.
OUR 610 PROCESS FOR OUR INITIAL PROPOSAL HAS BEEN APPROVED BY OUR FIELD OFFICE.
IT WILL BE APPROVED HOPEFULLY BY OUR MEMBERSHIP NEXT WEEK.
AND THEN YOU WILL SEE THAT COMING TO YOU GUYS FOR FOR OUR PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT.
SO HOPEFULLY WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU GUYS VERY SOON IN OUR CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS.
SO I'M VERY EXCITED FOR THAT AS WE GET UNDERWAY FOR OUR THREE YEAR CONTRACT.
SO HOPEFULLY YOU STILL SEE ME SMILING IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS.
BUT BUT I DID WANT TO TAKE AN OPPORTUNITY TO THANK OUR EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH LINDA CASEY.
SHE. AND IT'S A SHAMELESS PLUG BECAUSE SHE WORKS IN THE COSMETOLOGY.
AND SOMETIMES, AS YOU KNOW, WE WE GET OUR AGES AND OUR YEARS OF SERVICE.
SO IT'S REALLY NICE TO SEE THAT WE'RE GOING TO ACKNOWLEDGE A LONG TERM EMPLOYEE TODAY.
SO SO IT'S VERY EXCITING AND VERY ENDEARING TO MY HEART BECAUSE SHE IS SUCH A LOVELY PERSON.
SHE IS LITERALLY ONE OF THE LIFELINES THERE.
SHE HAS SO MUCH EXPERTISE AND IS WILLING TO GIVE SO MUCH BEYOND THE SCOPE OF HER JOB.
AND, YOU KNOW, SO I THINK THAT SHOWS WHY SHE'S BEING RECOGNIZED TODAY.
SO AND THAT'S ALL I'M GOING TO SAY FOR THE HAVE A GOOD NIGHT.
THANK YOU. DO WE HAVE A FACULTY SENATE? TERRENCE MULLINS, NO REPORT FROM HIM.
OKAY. NEXT ITEM IS 2.01 REPORTS AND COMMENTS FROM DISTRICT OFFICIALS.
[2.01 Reports and Comments from District Officials]
AND I WILL SAY SOMETHING FROM THE PODIUM.FOR THIS MONTH'S BOARD MEETING.
THIS MEETING MARKS A SPECIAL OCCASION.
AND AS TIME GOES ON, THIS AVERAGE IS ONLY DECREASING.
HAVING STABILITY IN LEADERSHIP AT OUR INSTITUTION IS AN INCREDIBLE ASSET TO OUR STUDENTS, OUR COMMUNITY AND OUR TEAM TO SHOWCASE HOW MUCH OF AN ASSET THIS IS, WE WOULD LIKE TO PRESENT DOCTOR FIERRO WITH THIS GIFT.
IN THIS GIFT, WE HIGHLIGHT ALL OF OUR INSTITUTION'S ACHIEVEMENTS OVER THE LAST NINE YEARS.
[00:05:06]
FIRST EVER BACHELOR'S DEGREE APPROVED FOR DENTAL HYGIENE.THESE ARE ONLY A FEW OF THE MANY ACCOMPLISHMENTS UNDER DOCTOR FIERRO'S TENURE.
WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
I'D LIKE THE BOARD TO COME AND TAKE A PICTURE.
AND IF ANYONE OF OUR MY BOARD COLLEAGUES WOULD LIKE TO SAY ANY WORDS.
WOULD ANYONE? LET'S DO PICTURE FIRST, THEN COMMENTS FROM MY COLLEAGUES HERE.
THIS IS ON. IS IT FALCON BLUE? JUST KIDDING. SO I FEEL LIKE BEATING THE AVERAGE AMOUNT OF TIME ON IN THIS POSITION IS A IS ONE SIDE OF IT.
BUT ALSO BECAUSE OF BEING ABOVE AVERAGE IN TERMS OF THE, THE, WHAT YOU'RE DELIVERING IN YOUR ROLE.
AND OBVIOUSLY ALL THE LISTS OF ACHIEVEMENTS THERE HAVE SPAN A HUGE VARIETY OF PEOPLE.
AND SO THAT'S BEEN REALLY MEANINGFUL.
SO I THINK YOU GET YOU GET TO TAKE CREDIT.
AND I KNOW YOU'RE SLOW TO TAKE CREDIT FOR THOSE THINGS.
AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO NINE MORE YEARS, PROBABLY 18 MORE, HOWEVER MANY MORE YEARS HERE.
BUT I JUST WANT TO JUST THANK YOU FOR FOR THAT, I KNOW, YOU KNOW, THERE WERE THERE WAS A TIME DURING COVID WHEN DOCTOR FIERO AND I SAT DOWN AND HAD SOME REALLY, LIKE, TOUGH CONVERSATIONS ABOUT.
WHAT DOES THIS ALL MEAN? RIGHT? THE WORLD WAS SO UNCERTAIN AND IT WAS WASN'T CLEAR, LIKE, WHAT DOES THIS COLLEGE EVEN GOING TO BE AFTER AFTERWARD? AND, YOU KNOW, THROUGH A LOT OF THROUGH A LOT OF SOUL SEARCHING AND THEN IDEA MAKING AND THEN PLANNING AND THEN STRATEGY AND MOSTLY ALL ON DOCTOR FIERRO AND THE REST OF THE TEAM'S BEHALF.
LIKE WE CAME OUT THE OTHER SIDE AND WE CAME OUT STRONGER.
SO KUDOS TO YOU, DOCTOR FIERRO.
AND AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO ALL THE YEARS AHEAD.
I CAME ON THE BOARD SHORTLY BEFORE DOCTOR FIERRO CAME ON, AND I THINK WE ARE LIVING IN THE BEST TIMELINE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF THE CHOICES THAT WE MADE AT THAT TIME. THIS IS WHAT SOME MIGHT CALL THE CANON EVENT OF CERRITOS COLLEGE THAT WE GOT PLACED ON A PATH BECAUSE OF DOCTOR FIERRO'S TENACITY, LONGEVITY, VISION, ANY ANY NOUN THAT YOU WANT TO USE.
AND I AM JUST MORE AND MORE IMPRESSED YEAR BY YEAR.
[00:10:07]
RIGHT PEOPLE TO FILL THE POSITIONS THAT HAVE COME AND GONE OVER THE YEARS, BUT TO ALSO WORK VERY CLOSELY WITH US AS BOARD MEMBERS, TRANSPARENTLY AND AT SUCH A LEVEL AS TO MAKE SURE THAT EACH OF US, AS INDIVIDUALS, HAVE OUR ABILITY TO PLACE OUR OWN MARK THROUGH YOU, THROUGH THE REST OF THE CAMPUS. I IT'S JUST INCREDIBLE TO SEE THIS BUILDING, LIKE YOU WERE SAYING EARLIER TODAY, THAT THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A CENTRAL LOCATION IN CERRITOS COLLEGE TO HAVE BEFORE.AND I'VE GONE TO OTHER COLLEGES, YOU KNOW, OVER THE LAST TEN YEARS NOW THAT, YOU KNOW, HAVE THAT AND IT'S LIKE WHERE WHY DOESN'T CERRITOS HAVE THAT? AND I THINK THAT NOW THAT WE ARE GOING TO HAVE ONE AND PROBABLY THE BEST ONE IN ALL OF CALIFORNIA, IF NOT, YOU KNOW, WHATEVER REGION, WHATEVER, YOU KNOW AREA. BUT IT'S JUST IT'S BEEN AN INCREDIBLE TIME.
DOCTOR FIERRO, TO NEARLY DOUBLE THE AVERAGE OF A SUPERINTENDENT.
WOULD ANYONE ELSE LIKE TO SAY ANYTHING? OKAY, DOCTOR. FIERRO.
ROUND TWO. IS IT ANYTHING ELSE COMING? BECAUSE THEN I SHOULD BE SAVING MY MY MY SPEECH.
I TRULY APPRECIATE THE RECOGNITION.
AGAIN, I THINK IT'S A CAMPUS WIDE EFFORT FOR.
RIGHT? AND YES, WE CAN DESIGN THAT BUILDING, BUT WE COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT THE INPUT OF ALL THE USER GROUPS AND THE IDEAS THAT COME FROM EVERYONE THAT SITS AROUND THE TABLE TO SAY, OKAY, THIS IS WHAT THE BUILDING SHOULD LOOK LIKE.
SO I THINK IT TAKES A COMBINATION OF PEOPLE TO DO WHAT WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO OVER THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS.
AND. I CONSIDER MYSELF INCREDIBLY FORTUNATE.
I'VE BEEN HERE AT CERRITOS COLLEGE.
I NEVER IMAGINED DOING A JOB LIKE THIS.
NEVER IMAGINED STAYING THIS LONG.
AND AND AND EVERY DAY IS IS BETTER.
OF COURSE WE DO HAVE DIFFERENT DIFFICULT DAYS.
WE ARE NOT A PERFECT PLACE, BUT I DON'T THINK PERFECT PLACES EXIST.
AND THE GRASS IS NOT ALWAYS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE.
THE GRASS IS GREENER WHERE YOU WATER IT.
AND I JUST CAN'T REALLY REMEMBER DAYS IN WHICH I DON'T WANT TO COME TO WORK.
BUT IF YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T LIKE, I ASSUMING IT WILL BE THAT MUCH HARDER.
NOW, I HAVE NO BEEN ABLE TO MAKE IT NINE YEARS BY CONTRADICTING MY BOSSES.
BUT I GUESS I'M GOING TO TAKE SOME LIBERTIES SINCE EVERYONE IS IN A GOOD MOOD TODAY.
AND 5.1 WAS THE WORK THAT HAPPENED TO TO UP TO 2019.
AND PART OF THE WORK WE DID WAS A LOT OF TRAINING AT THE STATE LEVEL FOR TRUSTEES AND CEOS, AND MARISA EVENTUALLY ENDED UP GETTING INTO THE SAME COMMITTEE, BUT FROM THE BOARD SIDE AND THROUGH A LOT OF WORK DURING THAT TIME, THE TENURE OF PRESIDENTS INCREASED IN CALIFORNIA. SO AT THE TIME WHEN WE CAME IN, IT WAS ABOUT THREE YEARS.
IT IT WENT CLOSER TO FIVE OR SOMEWHERE AROUND THERE.
BUT AFTER COVID ACTUALLY IS RIGHT BELOW THE TWO, THE THREE YEAR MARK.
[00:15:10]
ABOUT SOME ISSUES THAT ARE TAKING PLACE AT THE STATE.AND HE SAID, WELL, WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING.
AND I SAID, WHY US? AND HE SAID, WELL, BECAUSE WE'RE THE SENIOR PEOPLE.
AND WE STARTED LAUGHING BECAUSE BOTH OF US HAVE BEEN AT THE SYSTEM AS CEOS FOR, FOR QUITE SOME TIME. THEY I DON'T NECESSARILY THINK NINE YEARS IS A LONG TIME FOR YOU TO BECOME A SENIOR PERSON ON ANYTHING, BUT THERE IS ONLY.
THEY HAVE BEEN SIX OR MORE YEARS AT THE ENTIRE STATE AT THIS PARTICULAR TIME.
I THINK IT TAKES LIKE 60% OF ALL CEOS TO MAKE THE TOTAL TENURE OF YEARS.
THE DOCTOR VAN HOOK, THE VAN HOOK THE COLLEGE OF THE CANYON HAS BEEN SERVING.
THE SECOND LARGEST GROUPS ARE TWO YEAR CEOS.
AND I FEEL VERY FORTUNATE TO BE HERE BECAUSE I FEEL THAT STABILITY IS NOT JUST GOOD FOR THE INSTITUTION, BUT I FEEL THAT YOU'RE ALSO HELPING ME BY GIVING ME A STABILITY AND A SENSE OF BELONGING.
THANK YOU. THANK YOU, DOCTOR FIERRO.
OKAY. NO ONE ELSE WOULD LIKE TO SAY ANYTHING.
[3.01 Institutional Presentation: State Budget Update]
WE'LL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT ITEM, WHICH IS OUR OPEN SESSION.AGENDA 3.01 INSTITUTIONAL PRESENTATION.
SO WE ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF COMMENTS ON THAT.
THE FIRST ONE IS THE OBVIOUSLY, WE APPROVED THE TENTATIVE BUDGET LAST LAST BOARD MEETING, AND THE SECOND ONE IS THE SINCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE GOOD NEWS THAT OUR FUNDING FOR HOUSING NOW IS A REALITY.
SB 155 WAS ALREADY APPROVED, SIGNED, AND NOW WE'RE JUST SIMPLY WAITING FOR THE DETAILS.
SO UNLESS SOMETHING REALLY DRASTIC HAPPENS OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS, WE ARE VERY SAFE TO CONTINUE WITH THE PLANNING AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR NEW STUDENT HOUSING FACILITY.
AND AS DOCTOR, YOU KNOW, THE BILL HAS BEEN SIGNED.
NOW WE'RE JUST WORKING OUT THE DETAILS AND THE MECHANICS BEHIND THAT.
SO THE STATE JUST PUBLISHED UPCOMING WEBINAR EARLY AUGUST TO LEARN MORE DETAILS ABOUT EXACTLY HOW THE STATE THE STATE LEASE REVENUE BOND WOULD WORK.
OBVIOUSLY, YOU KNOW WHAT'S IN SB 155.
IT DOES REQUIRE THE BOARD TO TAKE ACTION ON THAT, BECAUSE THERE IS GOING TO BE AN ACTUAL AGREEMENT THAT NEEDS TO BE APPROVED BETWEEN THE US, THE DISTRICT THE STATE AND I BELIEVE I FORGET THE, THE BODY THAT'S ACTUALLY OVERSEEN THE STATE LEASE REVENUE BOND.
I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT DIVISION THAT IS THAT'S ACTUALLY CONTROLLING PULLING THAT.
SO MORE INFORMATION OBVIOUSLY IS GOING TO COME.
WELL, IT'LL REQUIRE FOR US TO EVEN PROCEED.
WE'LL REQUIRE THE BOARD TO APPROVE THAT AGREEMENT.
SO AS WE DEVELOP MORE DETAILS, WE'LL BE PROVIDING AND SHARING THAT WITH YOU AS THOSE AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE TO US TO SHARE, TO PUT YOU ON NOTICE WHEN WE SHOULD EXPECT THOSE AGREEMENTS TO START KIND OF MAKING ITS WAY TO THE BOARD FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL ON THAT.
SO LIKE ANY LAW THEY PUBLISH A LAW.
AND SO THAT'S WHAT WE'LL SPEND ROUGHLY, PROBABLY ALL OF JULY AND AUGUST DOING, IS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE DETAILS ON THE MECHANICS BEHIND THE BILL ITSELF. ON A RELATED NOTE, WE WE APPROVED AT AN EARLIER MEETING TO CONTINUE WITH THE PROGRESS ON ON THE PRE-DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.
[00:20:04]
WONDERING IF YOU COULD GIVE US JUST A VERY SHORT UPDATE ON THAT.YEAH. SO WE HAVE JUST CAME OUT A SCHEMATIC DESIGN ON THAT.
SO WE'RE IN DESIGN DEVELOPMENT RIGHT NOW.
WE DO PLAN TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE TO THE BOARD KIND OF ON THAT AND SHOW BECAUSE THE DESIGN HAS FROM WHAT ORIGINALLY WAS IN THE PROPOSAL, WHICH WAS SHARED WITH THE BOARD BECAUSE OF THE MODULAR CONSTRUCTION THAT WE'RE UTILIZING.
SO THE DESIGN HAS CHANGED A LITTLE BIT.
AND PART OF OUR DESIGN DEVELOPMENT WILL BE DOING AN EXTENSIVE BUDGET REVIEW AS WELL.
AND AS WE DID ONE IN, IN SCHEMATIC DESIGN, WE'LL DO ANOTHER EXTENSIVE ONE IN BUDGET DEVELOPMENT JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS STILL IN PLACE IF WE HAVE TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS ON THAT.
AND SO SB 155 DOES HAVE CONTINGENCY LANGUAGE BUILT INTO IT BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE OF THE DELAY, THEY KNOW COSTS KEEP INCREASING AND ESCALATION AND THINGS LIKE THAT.
SO WE'LL KIND OF HAVE TO WORK THROUGH WHAT DOES ALL THAT MEAN TO OUR PROJECT.
WE'RE TRYING TO PROBABLY WRAP THAT UP BY THE END OF THIS MONTH, EARLY AUGUST.
ANYONE ELSE? OKAY. THANK YOU. PHILIPPE.
[3.02 Institutional Presentation: Recognition of Classified/Confidential Employee of the Month]
NEXT ITEM 3.02 INSTITUTIONAL PRESENTATION.CONFIDENTIAL. CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH.
THE OUTSTANDING CLASSIFIED CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE SELECTION COMMITTEE HAS NAMED LINDA CASEY DISPENSARY CLERK, COSMETOLOGY DEPARTMENT AS A RECIPIENT OF THE OUTSTANDING CLASSIFIED CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH AWARD FOR JUNE 2020 FOR.
SO WE ARE HERE TO RECOGNIZE LINDA CASEY, WHO HAS WORKED FULL TIME IN THE COSMETOLOGY DEPARTMENT AS A DISPENSARY CLERK SINCE 1997. LINDA IS A FACE.
LINDA IS AN ALUMNUS OF CERRITOS COLLEGE AND BEGAN HER JOURNEY AS A COSMETOLOGY STUDENT, ATTENDING HER COSMETOLOGY LICENSE AND WORKING IN A SALON SETTING THAT ENABLED HER TO PROVIDE HER EXPERTISE TO COSMETOLOGY STUDENTS.
COLOR. COLOR, PRODUCTS NEEDED FOR THE SKIN CARE SERVICES, AND SO MUCH MORE.
LINDA IS A GO TO FOR THE STUDENTS AND FACULTY WHAT THEY NEED ASSISTANCE.
THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT, YOU KNOW, CERRITOS COLLEGE HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY HOME AND DURING MY YOUTH TIME THAT I WAS GROWING UP AND COMING TO, YOU KNOW, TO SCHOOL AND EVERYTHING, I ALWAYS SAID, I'M GOING TO BE BACK.
AND, BUT I SAID, I'M GOING TO GO BACK TO THE COSMETOLOGY, YOU KNOW, PROGRAM.
SO I'VE BEEN THERE, LIKE I SAID, GOING ON 27 YEARS.
AND I JUST CONTINUE TO LOOK FORWARD TO BEING A TEAM PLAYER THERE ON THE PROGRAM.
[00:25:04]
AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR NEW BUILDING.[4. Consent Items - Office of Academic Affairs]
NEXT ITEM IS OUR CONSENT CALENDAR.TOGETHER. WOULD ANYONE LIKE TO PULL ANY ITEMS BEFORE WE VOTE? OKAY. HEARING NONE.
CAN I GET A MOTION TO APPROVE? MOTION. SECOND.
SECOND. ALL IN FAVOR? AYE. ANY OPPOSED? OKAY. ITEM PASSES.
[7.01 Discussion of Board Self-Evaluation]
INFORMATIONAL ITEM 7.01.DISCUSSION OF BOARD SELF EVALUATION.
SO ATTACHED YOU FIND THE BOARD SELF SELF-EVALUATION SURVEY.
ESSENTIALLY CONTAINS THE RESPONSES FROM ALL OF YOU STATING THE BOARD'S PERFORMANCE IN SUPPORTING THE DISTRICT IN ACHIEVING THE GOALS THAT ARE OUTLINED THERE.
I WANT TO POINT OUT SOMETHING THAT SOMEONE POINTED OUT TO ME.
IT'S ITEM NUMBER FIVE, THE IS ALL IN GOVERNMENT RELATIONS.
WHICH IS THE ONE ITEM WHERE ALL OF YOU FELT STRONGLY ABOUT.
THE WORK THE COLLECTIVELY THE BOARD DID IN THIS REGARD.
NOT THAT THE OTHER ITEMS ARE BAD, BUT THIS IT'S NOT NECESSARILY COMMON TO ALL OF YOU, MARK.
BUT BUT I THINK THIS IS IN MY OPINION, LOOKING AT THE EVALUATION AND THE WORK THAT HAS BEEN DONE, THIS IS REFLECTIVE OF THE EFFORTS THAT WE HAVE PLACED IN ORDER TO PUT STUDENT ADVOCACY AT THE LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LEVEL AS A PRIORITY HAS PRODUCED SOME POSITIVE RESULTS.
AND AND IT'S A IT'S A VERY STRONG EXAMPLE OF THE TEAM EFFORT AND COLLABORATION THAT EXIST BETWEEN ALL OF YOU AND OBVIOUSLY THE ALIGNMENT WITH THE REST OF THE CAMPUS.
AND, AND, AND OBVIOUSLY, I WILL SAY THIS FALLS MORE ON MY END AND ON YOURS, BUT I APPRECIATE THE THE HONESTY OF THE ANSWERS HERE IS NUMBER TWO, WHICH IS THE LIST OF DONORS TO CONTINUE TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OR VIABILITY TO DO ANOTHER MAJOR GIFT CAMPAIGN OR SIMILAR.
AND UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO DIFFERENT CHANGES, NOT THE ENTIRE PIECE WAS WAS COMPLETED DURING DURING DURING THE YEAR.
BUT I THINK THIS FALLS MORE ON OUR END.
I DO APPRECIATE THE, THE THE FEEDBACK HERE, BUT I WILL SAY THIS IS MORE ON OUR END ON THE ACCOMPLISHMENT AND THAN ON YEARS. OTHER THAN THAT, I MEAN, I THINK EVERYTHING.
AND I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.
ANY COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS? I SOMEWHAT AGREE THAT WE DON'T STRONGLY AGREE ON MANY THINGS TOGETHER.
STRONGLY OR JUST SOME AREN'T NEUTRAL.
ANYONE ELSE? OKAY. HEARING NONE.
DO WE HAVE A READOUT TODAY? 111. OKAY.
WOULD ANYONE LIKE TO GIVE A REPORT BEFORE WE GO TO CLOSED SESSION? NOPE. YES.
I ACTUALLY TONY AND I WENT AND DON WENT TO THE INSTALLATION DINNER.
[00:30:06]
I MEAN, THE INSTALLATION LUNCHEON FOR THE NEW INCOMING PRESIDENT FOR THE CHAMBER AT AT DOWNEY.SO THAT'S WHERE WE WERE AT AT LUNCH TIME.
BUT THAT WAS ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE WERE THERE REPRESENTING THE COLLEGE AT THE CHAMBER EVENT.
SO WE WILL BE ADJOURNING TO CLOSED SESSION.
[9. Closed Session Items]
